Role Description The Head of Key Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic relationships with major customers, ensuring consistent service, and driving account growth. Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing account plans, leading key account reviews, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The position involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to meet client requirements and resolve issues promptly. The Head of Key Accounts will guide and mentor the account management team, set clear targets, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Key Account Management and Account Management skills to manage strategic customers and drive growth.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to build, guide, and motivate high-performing account teams.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to develop account strategies, forecasts, and revenue plans.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors, with exposure to large B2B clients, is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities are preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant CRM and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as an MBA are an advantage.
