We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our business growth strategy, generate high-value partnerships, attract investors, and drive revenue growth across our subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
  • Generate and close deals worth millions of naira on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Source and engage investors, venture capitalists, angel investors, and institutional partners.
  • Lead revenue generation initiatives across all business units.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for aviation and non-aviation services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, aviation stakeholders, government agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Lead digital marketing, branding, public relations, and corporate communications.
  • Oversee market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to investors and high-value clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Work closely with the Chairman and Executive Management on growth and expansion strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the marketing and business development team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Close high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Secure strategic investors and funding opportunities.
  • Increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Grow the company's client portfolio and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver measurable return on marketing investments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or professional certifications in Marketing, Aviation, or Business Development is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or sales leadership, preferably in:
  • Aviation
  • Human Capital Management
  • Consulting
  • Recruitment Services
  • Travel and Tourism
  • Proven track record of generating multi-million-naira deals and partnerships.
  • Strong network within the aviation, corporate, and investment sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
