Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic, financial, and operational management of SHPL and its healthcare projects. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, driving growth through strategic planning, managing daily operations, overseeing finances, developing business partnerships, and ensuring high-quality healthcare standards within managed facilities. The CEO will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to lead SHPL toward achieving its vision. This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur.

Qualifications

• Finance and Strategic Planning skills to oversee budgets, financial sustainability, and long-term organizational growth
• Operations Management expertise to ensure efficient and effective management of healthcare and hospital facilities
• Business Planning and Sales skills to identify growth opportunities and establish successful business strategies
• Proven leadership experience in the healthcare or hospital management sector
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant educational qualifications in business administration, healthcare management, or related fields (e.g., MBA, MHA)
