This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the school’s operational, financial, and strategic initiatives, driving growth and maintaining excellence in education. Core responsibilities include managing budgets, developing strategic plans, fostering stakeholder relations, providing leadership to staff, and ensuring the successful implementation of the school's vision and mission. The CEO will also oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and represent the institution at community and professional forums.

• Strong proficiency in Finance and Operations Management
• Experience in developing and implementing Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven ability in driving Sales and managing client/stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Extensive experience in educational or organizational leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of educational policies and practices within Indian or equivalent contexts
