Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the strategic and operational direction of Tamizhannai Exports to drive growth and ensure the company's long-term sustainability and market competitiveness. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, overseeing financial health, spearheading operations management, directing sales strategies, and fostering international and domestic relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chinthamani Madurai, requiring a results-driven leader passionate about scaling the business while upholding its commitment to quality and tradition.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to drive organizational growth and efficiency
• Proficiency in Sales and market expansion initiatives to explore new and existing domestic and international opportunities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Deep understanding of the food export industry and local as well as international market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
