Job Summary
The Company Executive – Operations (CEO Level) will be responsible for driving overall business performance, overseeing operations, and leading strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise combined with sharp business acumen and sales orientation. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project execution while actively contributing to revenue generation and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
Drive organizational growth, profitability, and market positioning
Collaborate with leadership on long-term expansion plans
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end interior project execution (design to delivery)
Ensure timely completion, quality control, and cost efficiency
Streamline operational processes and improve productivity
Manage cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and site execution
Sales & Business Development
Lead business development initiatives and revenue generation strategies
Identify new market opportunities and build client acquisition plans
Support high-value client pitches, negotiations, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
Monitor sales pipeline, targets, and conversion metrics
Financial Oversight
Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of projects
Analyze financial performance and implement improvements
Ensure optimal utilization of resources
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and operational teams
Build a high-performance, accountable, and growth-driven culture
Set KPIs and monitor team performance
Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Handle escalations and maintain strong client communication
Key Requirements
Minimum 12-18 years of experience in operations, preferably in interior, construction, or related industries
Proven experience in leadership/CEO/COO/Operations Head roles
Strong sales and business development knowledge with a track record of revenue growth
Excellent understanding of project management and execution
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent in Business Management (preferred)
Experience in scaling businesses or leading business transformation initiatives
Strong industry network and client relationships
