Channel Sales Manager

Flourtech Engineers is looking for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to manage and strengthen our dealer network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with experience in channel sales and dealer management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate quotations, follow-ups, and dealer feedback with the sales team.
  • Resolve dealer queries and ensure timely support.
  • Handle dealer onboarding, documentation, registration, and training.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
  • Support dealer engagement activities, meetings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of dealer requirements to maintain customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Industrial Machinery, Engineering, Manufacturing, Capital Equipment, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
