🎯 Role Overview

ShriPath Consulting is looking for a Career Success & Placement Associate to support healthcare professionals throughout their job search journey and improve employment outcomes.

This role combines career guidance, job search strategy, market research, candidate support, and employer coordination. You will work closely with clients to understand their backgrounds, identify challenges, develop personalized job search plans, and help them navigate the transition into non-clinical healthcare careers.
