🚀 We're Hiring | Customer Success Associate/ Student Success Associate (US Shift) - Remote

As a Customer Success Associate/ Student Success Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our learners after enrollment—ensuring seamless onboarding, driving engagement, resolving queries, and improving learner retention.


📍 Role: Customer Success Associate/ Student Success Associate

📌 Experience: 4+ Years

🕒 Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (US Shift)

📍 Location: India (Remote)


What You'll Do

  • Conduct onboarding calls and welcome learners before their cohort begins.
  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact throughout the learner journey.
  • Track learner progress across multiple cohorts and proactively improve completion rates.
  • Conduct regular retention and engagement calls to ensure learner success.
  • Address learner queries related to the program, platform, scheduling, and overall experience.
  • Collect learner feedback, reviews, and referrals to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless learning experience.
  • Maintain learner records, CRM updates, and reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Minimize dropouts and deferrals through proactive communication and support.


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Student Success, Customer Support, Customer Service, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience handling post-sales customer engagement and support.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and high ticket volumes.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in EdTech or learning environments is a plus.
