About the Role
This isn't your typical customer support job.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, staying organized, and switching between different responsibilities throughout the day.
Some days you'll be onboarding customers or helping them resolve issues. Other days you'll be working with our engineering team, managing client relationships, or supporting business development and partnerships.
If you like variety and don't enjoy doing the same thing every day, you'll probably love this role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Help onboard new customers and ensure they have an amazing experience.
- Support merchants via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Work closely with our engineering team to resolve customer issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to contact.
- Follow up on support tickets and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with key account management as we grow.
- Support business development through outreach, follow-ups, and partner coordination when needed.
- Keep our CRM and internal documentation organized and up to date.
- Help improve how we work as we continue to scale.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves solving problems and helping people.
- Learns quickly and enjoys taking on new challenges.
- Is proactive and takes ownership.
- Can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
- Communicates clearly in English (written and spoken).
- Enjoys working with customers.
- Is comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Wants to be part of a startup where they'll learn something new every week.
- Fresher/ Max experience of 3 years
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience or internships in customer success, customer support, operations, sales, or account management.
- Are interested in fintech, SaaS, startups, or international business.
- Have worked with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
