Role Description The Call Center Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Painflame Clinic in Gurugram, Sector 38. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, providing information about clinic services, and assisting with appointment scheduling and follow-ups. The role involves maintaining accurate records in clinic systems, coordinating with front desk and clinical teams, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. The Call Center Executive will address basic concerns, escalate complex cases to appropriate staff, and support patient engagement campaigns, reminders, and feedback collection. Consistent adherence to communication protocols, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service abilities suited to a healthcare environment.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to converse in English and Hindi or other regional languages as needed.
  • Experience in Contact Centers or call center operations, with familiarity in handling high call volumes and using CRM or telephony systems.
  • Basic Sales and persuasion skills to explain services, encourage appointment bookings, and support patient retention initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare clinic or hospital setting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage shifts, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and adherence to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Minimum higher secondary (12th pass) qualification; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
