Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train café staff to deliver consistent quality service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock management and procurement.
- Prepare performance reports and support management in decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Café Supervisor/Manager (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of café operations and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
