Role Description The Cafe Manager at chaivyanjan is a full-time, on-site role based in Kharar, responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations and ensuring a high standard of guest service. The person in this role will manage staff scheduling, supervise front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensure that food and beverage preparation meets quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, managing cash handling and basic reporting, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the cafe. The Cafe Manager will guide and support the team, handle guest feedback and service issues, and implement sales and promotional initiatives to drive revenue. This role also involves training new team members, aligning the team with brand standards, and supporting continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and overall guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and guests.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu items, preparation standards, and safety practices.
- Experience in Food Service environments, such as cafes, restaurants, or quick service outlets.
- Basic Sales skills and familiarity with promoting menu items, managing offers, and supporting revenue growth.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or food service is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations; formal training or certification in food safety is a plus.
- Minimum educational background in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when supported by relevant experience.
