Café Manager

A Shift Manager / Café Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

 • Ensuring that food, beverages, and other café products are always available.

 4. Financial Management:

 • Managing budgets, sales targets, and expenses.

 • Cash handling, managing transactions, and balancing cash registers.

 • Overseeing bookkeeping and attendance of his store employees

 5. Health and Safety:

 • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
