Position Summary / Objective
The “CAAS Operations Coordinator I” will provide administrative support across all CAAS service lines. This role assists engagement teams with internal and client-related tasks and activities and may involve client-facing interactions as well as chargeable functions.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the CAAS Service Line leadership.
- Determine readiness of clients for scheduling purposes in collaboration with service line team leads.
- Support set up of Engagement binders.
- Manage engagement statuses in the firm’s workflow management system.
- Monthly reporting for team capacity and utilization.
- Collaborate with service line team leads scheduling needs.
- Partner with Client Management Team in maintaining data in PE and CCH Workflow for job set up purposes.
- Ensure proper set up of PE jobs / Workflow tasks.
- Ensure all appropriate jobs are in PE and tasks are in CCH Workflow.
- Create and maintain client deliverables with appropriate due dates in CCH Workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operations support role
- Work Experience in India offices of US-based professional services firms is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities; detail-oriented
- Analytical mindset with capacity to handle reporting and workflow data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and workflow systems (e.g., CCH, PE)
- Professional, proactive, and dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Works in assigned office area, and hybrid
- Office Location – Goregaon East, Mumbai
- Workdays/Timings – Monday to Friday (12:00 noon-9:00 pm IST) - Will work beyond normal working hours and on weekends when necessary.
