Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for a Team Leader in Real Estate. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of real estate professionals, driving sales targets, and ensuring effective brokerage activities. Core responsibilities include team management, fostering client relationships, strategizing for property sales and purchases, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Practical experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and motivate team members.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
