Medline Robotics is soon launching its first product, M-1 Leg, a Microprocessor controlled below knee Prosthesis, Our mission revolves around improving healthcare outcomes and empowering better patient care with cutting-edge technology. We are looking at enthusiastic energetic individuals with experience in medical device sector for the role of Business Development and customer relation officer.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and generating leads, Responding to customer enquiries, meeting distributors, health care professional for product promotion and demonstration. and building and maintaining strong client relationships, and exploring opportunities for business expansion.

You will work closely with partners and internal teams to strategize and achieve revenue goals, manage key accounts, and support long-term business growth. Day-to-day activities include market research, client engagement, and delivering presentations to promote the company's solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships to ensure sustained business partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communication abilities, including verbal and written, to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of general Business principles and strategies to analyze market trends and drive successful outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus.
