This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Palacole. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive efforts to achieve sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Leadership, strategic planning, and engaging with clients are key components of daily activities.

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of financial services, loan processing, and housing finance products
• Proficiency in planning, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management abilities
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with technology-driven tools and digital workflows in financial services
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Palacole
• Prior experience in a similar role in the housing finance or banking industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
