Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, w. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall growth of the branch. The ideal candidate will lead by example, foster a results-driven team environment, and provide continuous support to the team.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Team leadership and people management abilities to guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical skills for market research, sales planning, and performance analysis to ensure sustained branch growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing client information and workflow.
  • Experience in the real estate sector or a related industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
