Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in Kochi. The Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, providing helpful and accurate information, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer concerns effectively, documenting call information, and following up as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
- Customer service experience and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and call handling systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team
- Adaptability and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
