Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager at ABAD Builders Pvt. Ltd., located in Kochi. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, expediting tasks, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of quality projects. The role will require both leadership in project management and attention to detail to meet timelines and uphold high work standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to manage complex construction projects with 8-12 years experience .
• Experience in expediting processes, including acting as an expeditor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Strong expertise in Inspection and quality & safety control practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of Logistics Management for construction projects.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities to lead and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in the construction -technical competency is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, A Master's degree or certifications in project management will be an added advantage.
