Role Description The Business Development Specialist – Fresher will support growth initiatives by identifying prospective learners and institutional partners, and presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to them. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and assisting in product demos or presentations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and academic teams, and contributing to campaigns that drive enrollment and partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present solutions clearly.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development concepts, including lead generation and client follow-up.
- Comfortable using office productivity tools and CRM or database systems to track interactions and outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research markets, understand customer needs, and share insights with the team.
- Motivated self-starter with a learning mindset, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in EdTech, skills development, or career counseling is a plus; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is beneficial.
