Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for Lerunix Solutions’ learning and training programs. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective learners, institutional partners, and corporate clients. The associate will engage in regular communication with prospects via calls, emails, and online meetings, build and maintain relationships, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing feedback to enhance offerings, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation capabilities, including effective Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify, analyze, and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, managing time and tasks independently.
  • Basic understanding of EdTech, career development, or training services; prior experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
