Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head - Early Learning to lead and scale a high-growth business unit. The role involves complete ownership of business performance, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, product strategy, channel expansion, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end P&L, revenue, profitability, and business performance.

Develop and execute annual business and growth strategies.

Drive D2C business growth through website optimization, customer acquisition, and retention.

Manage Amazon Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and profitability.

Lead offline sales, distribution, institutional sales, and retail partnerships.

Plan and execute influencer marketing and brand-building initiatives.

Define product roadmap, new launches, and publishing strategy.

Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production teams.

Monitor inventory, pricing, working capital, and cost optimization.

Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams.

Present business performance and strategic plans to senior leadership
