We are seeking an experienced and dynamic City Head to lead and drive the operations, growth, and overall success of Nestaway in the city. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in operations, business management, or similar leadership roles, with strong people management skills, a passion for real estate and customer service, and a proven ability to meet business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end business of Helloworld properties in the city, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and addressing operational challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers, sales, and operations staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, increase tenant satisfaction, and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both tenants and homeowners, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring quality service.
  • Identify and onboard new properties, building strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for the city’s Profit and Loss, optimizing costs while driving revenue.
  • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and that all operational standards are maintained across the portfolio.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the senior leadership team and use data to drive improvements in operations and customer service.


Qualification:

  • 4-6 years of experience in operations, business management, real estate, or related roles. Previous experience in managing city-level operations is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams with strong people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue growth strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
  • Ability to think on your feet, resolve operational challenges, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
