JMJ Fintech Ltd. is a fast-growing NBFC committed to delivering innovative digital lending solutions. We are expanding our Early Salary Loan business and are looking for experienced professionals to lead and accelerate our growth across India.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Head / Business Manager with a minimum of 3 years of core experience in the Early Salary Loan, Salary Advance, Earned Wage Access (EWA), or Digital Lending industry.

This is a core business leadership role. Only candidates with direct, hands-on experience in the Early Salary Loan industry should apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Early Salary Loan portfolio.

- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients, employer partnerships, payroll partners, and strategic channel partners.

- Build and lead a high-performing business development team.

- Drive loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and revenue while maintaining portfolio quality.

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Collections teams.

- Monitor business performance, MIS, KPIs, and profitability.

- Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines and internal NBFC policies.

- Identify new markets and create scalable business opportunities.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of core experience in Early Salary Loans, Salary Advance, Earned Wage Access (EWA), or Digital Lending.

- Experience in an NBFC or Fintech is mandatory.

- Strong network with corporates, HR departments, payroll partners, DSAs, or channel partners will be an added advantage.

- Excellent leadership, business development, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.

Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
