Business Head (Event Managment)

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Drive business development and revenue growth.
• Engage with founders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Represent Funding Mela at industry events.
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in the startup ecosystem, venture capital, events, or consulting is preferred.
• Self-driven with a commercial and strategic mindset.
