We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our MSME Sales team and drive business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Business Manager (BM), you will be responsible for business development, portfolio management, customer acquisition, and leading market expansion initiatives within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Drive customer acquisition through self-sourcing, market activities, and referrals.
- Organize and participate in marketing initiatives such as canopy activities, leafleting, customer meets, and local campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and enhance AU Bank’s brand presence in the market.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate product features, pricing, fees, and terms transparently.
- Conduct field investigations and physical verification of customers’ residences, businesses, and assets.
- Verify financial documents, property papers, and customer references.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Collections teams for timely case processing.
- Prepare case appraisals, recommendations, and documentation for approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor portfolio health and support collections and delinquency management activities.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foster collaboration across internal departments and support new initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Ensure accurate documentation and ethical business practices.
- Safeguard company assets and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MSME lending products and local market dynamics including mortgage loan, property loan, business loan and loan against property.
- Understanding of financial statements, EMI calculations, interest concepts, and property-related documentation.
- Familiarity with KYC requirements, banking regulations, and credit processes.
- Excellent communication skills in regional language, Hindi, and English.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and smartphone usage.
