Role Description The Business Head – Retail Store is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for leading the end-to-end performance of a Lucens retail fabric care store. This role oversees daily store operations, including customer service, order intake and dispatch, coordination with processing plants, and adherence to Lucens quality standards. The Business Head manages and mentors store teams, builds a culture of operational discipline, and ensures staff are trained on Lucens processes and technology platforms. This position monitors key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction, and implements initiatives to improve store efficiency and service levels. The role also involves local marketing and partnership activities, tracking competitor activity, and maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines, P& L of entire store.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail store management or multi-outlet operations, with a strong focus on customer service and service delivery excellence.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms for order management, inventory tracking, and performance reporting; comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong people management skills, including team hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Exposure to process-driven environments such as hospitality, quick-service retail, logistics, or facility management, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
- Ability to drive local business development, including basic store-level marketing, customer relationship management, and community engagement.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational escalations and peak-demand periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with franchise partners and central operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Comfort working on-site in a dynamic environment and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as business needs require.
- Salary Range between 8.00 LPA to 17 LPA.+ Incentives
