Job Title: Business Head – Lacasa Retreats

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site/Hybrid)

Salary: ₹5L – ₹6L per annum

Lacasa Retreats is seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Head to lead our boutique Bed & Breakfast business in Noida. As the Business Head, you will be the heartbeat of the brand—overseeing daily operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strategic revenue growth.

We are looking for a leader who understands that hospitality is in the details. You will manage a cross-functional team, optimize our presence on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, and ensure that every guest experiences the unique charm that Lacasa Retreats is known for.

• Strategic Leadership: Execute a growth plan focused on increasing occupancy rates within the Noida market and maximizing property performance.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across our Noida locations, ensuring premium housekeeping standards, vendor management, and seamless maintenance.
• Revenue & Pricing: Manage dynamic pricing strategies across OTAs to maximize revenue while maintaining a healthy P&L.
• Guest Experience: Act as the primary custodian of the guest journey. Monitor reviews, implement feedback loops, and maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of property staff, fostering a culture of ownership and hospitality.
• Marketing & Partnerships: Drive local marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups with Noida-based businesses to diversify the guest base.

• Experience: 1–5 years in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or Business Operations (experience with premium BNBs or boutique hotels is preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to influence stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and connect authentically with guests.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Channel Managers (e.g., Hospitable, Guesty), Airbnb/Booking.com dashboards, and property management software.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret booking data and financial statements to drive actionable business results.
• Problem-Solving: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to navigate the unique challenges of property management in an urban environment.
• Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
