💼 Role: Full-Time | Leadership | P&L Ownership

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 management role. ElderBlissCare is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to build, own and scale a Home Care business vertical.

We are seeking someone who can think like a Business Owner, execute like an Operator, and sell like a Growth Leader.

Take ownership of the Home Care vertical and scale it across Delhi NCR.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving revenue and achieving growth targets

• Managing the complete sales funnel-from enquiry to conversion

• Building and managing a strong network of caregivers, attendants, nurses and vendor partners

• Ensuring fast and reliable manpower deployment

• Managing service quality and customer experience

• Building processes that enable the business to scale

• Recruiting and leading sales and operations teams

• Managing pricing, margins and unit economics

• Owning the vertical’s performance and P&L

You may be the right fit if:

✔ You have experience in Home Healthcare, Eldercare, Nursing Bureau, Patient Care, Healthcare Services or Manpower Operations

✔ You understand both sides of the business—getting customers and fulfilling services

✔ You have built or managed caregiver, attendant, nursing or healthcare manpower networks

✔ You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

✔ You prefer ownership and autonomy over layers of corporate hierarchy
