Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and fostering new business opportunities, conducting market research to identify trends, generating leads and nurturing client relationships. Additional tasks will include preparing proposals and presentations, analyzing data to inform strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and growth goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and formulating effective strategies.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying new business opportunities and understanding market demands.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in business development or sales roles is a strong advantage
