Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with OEMs, moulders, and manufacturing partners in targeted industries. The specialist will conduct market research, build and nurture customer relationships, manage lead generation activities, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams on material selection, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also includes supporting customer service activities, participating in industry events, and providing feedback on market trends to help shape Mittal Enterprises’ growth

strategy.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market, customer, and technical data for decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
  • Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of leads into opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills for identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and new business segments.
  • Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and solution-oriented support.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in polymers, plastics, chemicals, or industrial materials.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand basic engineering or manufacturing concepts.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized industry training (CIPET) is an advantage.
