About the Role

We are looking for motivated Business Development professionals to join our Office Leasing Advisory team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in commercial real estate, B2B sales, enterprise sales, or account management who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial office leasing market.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, occupiers, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office leasing solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Transactions Advisory team to successfully execute leasing transactions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.
  • Ensure excellent client experience through timely follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.


Qualifications
  • 3-10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Transaction Advisory, or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
