About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, cloud, or compliance consulting. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by delivering cybersecurity and compliance solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients across industries including BFSI, FinTech, Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Government, and Enterprise organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Compliance Managers, Risk Officers, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business challenges, security risks, and regulatory requirements to recommend tailored cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
- Drive sales of the company's cybersecurity, compliance, and consulting solutions by understanding client requirements and recommending the most appropriate services to meet their security, regulatory, and business objectives.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions and ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively position company solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Cybersecurity, IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, or Compliance Consulting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in selling cybersecurity, compliance, IT consulting, cloud solutions, GRC platforms, managed security services, or enterprise technology solutions will be preferred.
