Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective learners, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders, and driving enrollments for TTFA Academy’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering informative consultations or presentations about program offerings. The specialist will coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies, respond to inquiries with a high level of customer service, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to business development processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospective learners and partners.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and pipeline management.
  • Hands-on Market Research capabilities for identifying new segments and opportunities.
  • Customer Service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in EdTech, professional training, or related service industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales workflows, and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
