Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalka Tehsil. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across Amaze Technosoft’s IT, digital marketing, and software solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop outreach strategies to expand the company’s client base. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities. The role also involves providing professional customer service, gathering feedback to refine offerings, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive business development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data, sales metrics, and business performance indicators.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Competence in Market Research, such as identifying target segments, assessing competitors, and spotting emerging opportunities.
  • Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Background in business development, sales, or account management within IT, digital marketing, or software services is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
