Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The successful candidate will identify and generate new leads, conduct market research, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting proposals, analyzing market opportunities, providing excellent customer support, and meeting sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and target clients effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, understanding market trends, and driving informed business decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of business development strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing tactics is a plus

Remuneration: Base: 3.6LPA plus Commissions
