Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7–10 cold visits every day
● Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits
● Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Customer Engagement: Ability to influence and connect with potential customers
● Sales Skills: Present and demonstrate solutions effectively to B2B clients
● Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships
● Target-Oriented: Proven ability to hit and exceed sales metrics
● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and people skills to engage diverse business owners
Qualifications & Experience:
● Education: Minimum graduate-level education required
● Experience: At least 3–5 years of field sales experience
● Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
● Motivation: Self-driven, energetic, and goal-focused
● Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team
