Kaushik Outdoors provides 24-hour outdoor publicity with innovative ideas and solutions for optimal brand visibility. Founded by CMD Mr. Kaushik Shah and MD Mr. Saket Shah in 2001, the company has been a part of the advertising industry for 35 years. We offer advertising spaces at prime locations throughout Gujarat and are associated with major national and international brands. In addition to promoting brands, we aim to spread social and moral messages through our hoardings. Kaushik Outdoors is dedicated to combining urban advertising with different mediums to achieve high-density consumer exposure through hoardings, railway station promotions, transit boards, and scrollers.


Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Client Relationship Management skills and the ability to maintain operational partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of market research and ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities


- Identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.

- Present company offerings and pitch solutions to potential clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements


- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (OOH/Media experience is a plus).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation ability and result-oriented mindset.

- Fluent in Excel and relevant software tools.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
