This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, market research, branding, and campaign execution. The CMO will ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive sales growth through innovative strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing public relations initiatives and fostering brand awareness in global markets.

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and create actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership and experience in Marketing Management to design, implement, and evaluate impactful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in Public Relations and branding to enhance brand reputation and manage communication strategies effectively.
• Demonstrated capability in driving sales initiatives and collaborating with sales teams for revenue growth.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working in the luxury or jewelry sector is highly desirable.
