We're scaling our product portfolio and seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to unlock new revenue streams across Rajasthan and beyond.

We are looking for a specialized Business Development Manager to lead our growth within the government sector, with a primary focus on national and international election commissions. You will be responsible for navigating bureaucratic channels, managing high-stakes tenders, and securing contracts for our electoral infrastructure and secure manufacturing solutions.

• Government Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the Election Commission of India (ECI), IIIDEM, and International Election Management Bodies (EMBs).
• Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end process for government bids, from technical compliance to final contract execution.
• Strategic Networking: Build relationships with key officials, procurement agencies, and international diplomatic channels.
  

• Sector Expertise: 3–10 years of experience specifically in B2G sales or government relations.
• Election Focus: Direct experience working with (or selling to) the Election Commission or related electoral organizations is mandatory.
• Global Outlook: Familiarity with international election standards and cross-border government procurement.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
