Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in Chandigarh, India. The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying relevant tenders, collecting and analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The role involves preparing tender proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines, and maintaining accurate records of submissions and outcomes. The Tender Executive also supports price estimations, drafts professional correspondence, manages tender-related documentation, and follows up with clients and authorities as needed. Collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams is expected to ensure competitive, accurate, and timely tender responses.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in tender management and documentation, including tender search, bid preparation, and compliance review.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management for tender tracking and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Knowledge of industrial or engineering products, preferably weigh bridges or related equipment, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, India, as part of a cross-functional team.
