Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive (GeM) role based in the Pune Division. The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tender process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including tender search, bid preparation, documentation, and timely submission. Responsibilities include reviewing tender eligibility criteria, coordinating with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements. The role involves maintaining tender trackers, monitoring bid status, following up on clarifications, and supporting post-bid activities such as negotiations and contract finalization. The Tender Executive will also prepare regular reports on tender performance and contribute to process improvements for government and institutional sales.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong skills in tender management and GeM portal operations, including bid preparation, documentation handling, and compliance review.
• Candidates should possess skills in coordination and communication, with the ability to work closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to collect and validate tender information.
• Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools for tracking bids, timelines, and outcomes.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in government or institutional tendering, familiarity with IT or cybersecurity products, and knowledge of relevant procurement rules and regulations.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
