Business Development Manager – India (IT Staffing & Technology Services)

Role Summary:
BrezQ is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across India.
This role is responsible for securing new client relationships, executing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and generating business for IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, SOW-based engagements, and IT Services.
The ideal candidate should have an established network of decision-makers and a demonstrated history of independently acquiring new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across India.
- Generate new business through existing professional relationships and industry networks.
- Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
- Establish Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, rate cards, and commercial agreements.
- Identify and secure opportunities for:
- IT Contract Staffing
- Permanent Hiring
- Staff Augmentation
- Statement of Work (SOW) Projects
- Time & Material (T&M) Engagements
- Offshore Development Centers (ODC)
- Managed IT Services
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–15 years of Business Development or Enterprise Sales experience in IT Staffing, IT Services, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience acquiring new clients in the Indian market.
- Demonstrated success in selling one or more of the following:
- IT Staffing
- Staff Augmentation
- IT Services
- Managed Services
- Project Delivery
- Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, vendor onboarding, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and service agreements.
- Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers that can be leveraged for business development.

This role is intended for professionals who have consistently acquired new enterprise clients through their existing network and industry relationships. The position requires a proven ability to build business independently and close commercial engagements.
Candidates whose primary experience is limited to lead generation, inside sales, appointment setting, or delivery management without direct client acquisition responsibility will not be considered.
