Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager – EdTech Sales to join our team in Hyderabad (On-site). In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our institutional network across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the education and technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including TPOs, Principals, and HODs across Engineering Colleges.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate business terms and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand the network and promote brand visibility.
  • Travel across states as required for client meetings and business expansion activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Institutional Sales, preferably in the EdTech, Training, or Technology domain.
  • Strong network or connections with Engineering Colleges, TPOs, and HODs across the state and the ability to establish new contacts quickly.
  • Excellent skills in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, Proposal Development, and Strategic Negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and business acumen.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
