About the Role

The Area Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loan is responsible for driving sales volumes and building a high-quality loan portfolio for two-wheeler financing across branches at a pan-India level. This role focuses on expanding the reach of the two-wheeler loan product across various customer segments and channels, while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality, and cost-effective delivery. The role also involves leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and contribute to the bank’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans in the identified segments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
  • Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to sales norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank’s credit and operational policies.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Foster a team environment focused on digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives that support the bank’s rapid growth targets and strategic objectives.
  • To improve the sourcing from strategic alliances and direct channels.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Full-Time).
  • Post Graduation in any discipline preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or loan sales, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle financing.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
  • Execution-focused with a commitment to portfolio quality and compliance.
  • Tech-savvy with a mindset for digital transformation and customer-centric innovation.
