About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence across key global platforms. This role is equal parts creative and analytical, with a strong focus on execution, consistency, and performance.


You will be responsible for how the brand shows up day to day on social media, translating brand strategy into clear content direction, managing calendars, working with internal and external teams, and using data to continuously improve results.


This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, community building, and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Build and manage monthly and campaign-based content calendars across platforms
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional relevance in coordination with performance and media agencies


Content & Execution

  • Brief, create, and curate social content including copy, visuals, and short-form video
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
  • Stay on top of platform updates, content formats, and cultural trends


Community & Brand Presence

  • Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and maintaining brand tone
  • Monitor brand conversations and flag insights, opportunities, or risks
  • Work closely with PR and influencer teams to support launches, collaborations, and events


Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.)
  • Share regular performance reports with clear insights and action points
  • Use data to optimize content formats, posting schedules, and creative direction


Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, PR, and Influencer teams to align on campaigns and launches
  • Coordinate with external agencies where required to ensure alignment and timely execution


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices and content formats across major social platforms
  • Experience managing social calendars and executing campaigns end to end
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance and data-driven decision making
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
