Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets

Monitor and control project expenditures against budgets
Conduct financial analysis and prepare cost forecasts
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize costs
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and client requirements
Review and validate vendor and subcontractor cost estimates
Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders
Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks

Provide financial input for bidding and contract negotiations

Key Skills

Proficient with project management and financial software

Strong knowledge of cost control processes and principles

Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA in Finance Management, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost estimation and budget management in infrastructure projects
