We are a growing technology service company focused on delivering high-quality digital solutions including mobile app development, web development, backend systems, UI/UX, and scalable software solutions for global clients.


  • We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can help us acquire international and domestic clients, generate leads, handle bidding platforms, and build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate business opportunities through:

  • Freelancer platforms
  • Cold outreach
  • Networking
  • Referrals
  • Identify potential clients and understand their project requirements.
  • Write professional proposals, quotations, and project pitches.
  • Handle end-to-end client communication from lead generation to project closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for estimations and project scope discussions.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and lead tracking reports.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

  • Proven experience in IT service sales or business development.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with software agencies or IT service companies.
  • Existing international client network is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience handling US, UK, Middle East, or European clients.
